Isotopes Park also serves as the home of the University of New Mexico baseball team. The park stands in the exact spot where Sports Stadium stood. Some remnants from the old ballpark can be found at The Lab. These include the foundation of the main seating bowl, a pair of concrete retaining walls near each dugout, and the trademark baseball that stands as a sentry on the corner of the University and Avenida Cesar Chavez.
