Alkali Park
Location: Wyandotte, MISouth end of town between Biddle and the Detroit River.
Opened May 16, 1901. Alkali Park was built by the Michigan Alkali Company, which owned much of Wyandotte, and sponsored baseball and other recreational activities. The grandstand was in the NW corner of the site, suggesting that the catcher faced south-SE. Called Wyandotte Shores Park, today.
