Opened April 6, 1907, New Recreation Park featured a large grandstand that extended well down both baselines. There were storage areas underneath the 1B side, and dressing rooms and a bar under the 3B side. Bleacher sections extended down both foul lines to the corner, and a long bleacher section ran from the LF foul line to CF. There was a clubhouse adjacent to the LF bleachers. RF was short because it bordered a residential area. There was a 20-foot fence with a 50-foot screen to cut down the number of home runs. The catcher faced NW. The Oakland Oaks (1907-1912) and SF Missions (1914, 1926-1930) also played here.
Used by: San Francisco Seals, San Francisco Baby Seals, Berkeley/San Francisco, Mission Bears, Mission Bells, Mission Reds
