Riverside Park
Location: Rochester, NYEast bank of the Genesee River, north of Norton Street.
The stadium burned to the ground in the early Friday morning on July 10, 1897 causing the club to go to Montreal, Quebec, to finish the season. Montreal would not give up their Eastern League club, forcing Rochester to purchase the Scranton franchise. The park still exists as Seneca County Park.
