A Virginian RR roundhouse crosses I-581 (US 220) one block NW. The US Naval Reserve Training Center was just outside the ballpark, along the 1B line; a US Marine Corps Reserve Armory sat beyond the LF fence. The grandstand is gone, but the playing field still exists.
