N. Belvedere Street (US 301 & US 1) between W. Main & W. Franklin Streets.
Washington played two NA games in Richmond in 1875. The site is known today as Monroe Park and is part of the University district. N. Laurel Street runs on the W & NW sides of the park. West End may have been a new park on the same site.
