Halliwell Baseball Park was named after John Phillip "Jack" Halliwell, long-time president of the Pioneer League in 1943. The catcher faced NE. A 1948 map shows a park enclosed by a 10-foot board fence, with a grandstand and bleachers in front of the grandstand. Another bleacher section was down the LF foul line. Concessions and the clubhouse were underneath the grandstand on the 1B side. The park was in a residential area, just across Pocatello Avenue from railroad yards. The site is now a shopping center.
