The catcher faced SW. Built in 1931 on the city dump site, the park was named for Oswego's mayor, John Otis. Only two balls were ever hit out of the park, presumably to RF. The grandstand was torn down in the 1950's, and Frederick Leighton Elementary School, named for the British artist, was built on the site. The park acquired lights in 1936, but removed them in three years later because of their poor quality.
