The Baltimore Blast of the National Professional Soccer League ended the 2000-01 season with a record of 22 wins and 18 losses in the NPSL's American Division. The team compiled a postseason mark of 3-2.
Baltimore led the league with 300 goals. The club allowed 260 goals. Denison Cabral scored 70 goals for the Blast, while Jason Dieter, Lance Johnson, Dan Santoro, Mark Thomas, Lee Tschantret, Tarik Walker and Paul Wright each netted fifteen or more as well. Paul Wright contributed 44 assists. Scott Hileman topped the squad with 21 wins and a team-best 6.06 goals against average, leading goalkeepers with enough qualifying appearances.
Kevin Healey coached the team. The 2000-01 Baltimore Blast lost in the Conference Final.
