The New York Arrows of the Major Indoor Soccer League ended the 1982-83 season with a record of 24 wins and 24 losses in the MISL's Eastern Division. The team compiled a postseason mark of 1-2.
The Arrows chalked up 225 goals and gave up 219. Mark Liveric and Paul Kitson scored 39 goals each for New York, while Steve Zungul and Fred Grgurev contributed fifteen or more as well. Paul Kitson, Fred Grgurev and Val Tuksa each recorded 27 assists. Shep Messing and Zoltan Toth topped the squad with 12 wins each. Zoltan Toth recorded a 4.01 goals against average, leading regular keepers.
