The Indians scored 604 runs and conceded 558 runs. Earl Averill led Reading with 10 home runs Phil Qualben drove in 81 runs and topped hitters with significant playing time by hitting .281. Hank Aguirre paced the team with 14 wins and a team-best 2.69 ERA, tops among regular hurlers.
