The Daytona Beach Islanders of the Florida State League ended the 1960 season with a record of 66 wins and 69 losses, finishing fifth in the FSL.

The Islanders plated 666 runs and surrendered 734 runs. Santiago Rosario accounted for 71 RBI and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .319 average. Paul McKenzie led the team with 15 wins, while David Spadoni recorded a 2.62 ERA, tops among regular hurlers.

Santiago Rosario played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Daytona Beach Islanders to do so.
