Al Neil compiled a career batting average of .317 with 213 home runs and 160 RBI in his 1050-game career with the Pocatello Cardinals, West Frankfort Cardinals, Winston-Salem Cardinals, Omaha Cardinals, Knoxville Smokies, Spartanburg Peaches, Wichita Indians, Reading Indians, Wichita Falls Spudders and Schenectady Blue Jays. He began playing during the 1947 season and last took the field during the 1954 campaign.
