The Worcester Tornadoes of the Canadian-American Association ended the 2005 season with a record of 50 wins and 42 losses, finishing first in the league's South Division.

The Tornadoes scored 505 runs and conceded 467 runs. Andy Brown paced Worcester with 21 home runs, while Yohanny Valera and Omar Pena walloped 15 or more as well. Josh Beauregard accounted for 62 RBI. Alex Nunez led all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .340 clip. Reid Willett topped the squad with 10 wins, and Alex Pena earned a 3.5 ERA, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
