The Toros topped the league with just 663 runs allowed. Tucson scored 781 runs. Dan Ford and Phil Garner led the team with 14 home runs apiece. Manny Trillo drove in 78 runs and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .312 average. Glenn Abbott paced the squad with 18 wins and a team-best 3.5 ERA, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
