The Rainiers led the league with just 694 runs allowed. Tacoma scored 770 runs. Dan Rohrmeier walloped 33 home runs for the team, while Alan Zinter, Jason Varitek and Raúl Ibañez each swatted 15 or more also. Dan Rohrmeier drove in 120 runs. Brian Raabe paced hitters with significant playing time by hitting .352. Edwin Hurtado topped the squad with 10 wins and a team-best 3.88 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
