The Toei Flyers of the Japan Pacific League ended the 1965 season with a record of 76 wins and 61 losses, finishing second in the JPPL.
The Flyers scored 501 runs and surrendered 474 runs. Isao Harimoto led Toei with 23 home runs and drove in 88 runs, while leading all regular batters with a .292 average. Yukio Ozaki earned 27 wins on the mound for the team, and Mitsugu Tanaka also added 15 or more wins also Yukio Ozaki recorded a 1.88 ERA, best among regular hurlers.
Norm Larker played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Toei Flyers to do so.
