The Stingers scored 820 runs, best in the league. Salt Lake yielded 716 runs. José Fernández walloped 30 home runs for the squad, while Larry Barnes, Scott Morgan and Chris Pritchett each swatted 15 or more also. José Fernández accounted for 114 RBI and topped all regular batters by connecting at a .338 clip. Brian Cooper led the squad with 12 wins and a team-best 4.63 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
