Kenneth Whitmore paced the team with 9 wins, while Gary Aldrich recorded a 3.03 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Darrell Brandon played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Salem Rebels to do so.

Lamar Dorton served as manager.
