The Stockton Ports of the California League ended the 1969 season with a record of 81 wins and 59 losses, finishing first in the CL.

Ralph Manfredi topped hitters with significant playing time by hitting .305. Bill Kirkpatrick led the team with 16 wins, while Emmanuel Fitzgerald added 15 or more victories as well Bill Kirkpatrick registered a 1.96 earned run average, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Ron Dunn, Rich Coggins, Terry Wilshusen, Leon Brown, Dyar Miller, Junior Kennedy and Al Bumbry were all players from the 1969 Stockton Ports who played in the Majors during their careers.
