The San Antonio Missions of the Texas League ended the 2007 season with a record of 73 wins and 66 losses, finishing second in the league's West Division.

The Missions paced the league with just 562 runs allowed. San Antonio scored 642 runs. Chase Headley and Nick Hundley led the squad with 20 home runs apiece. Chase Headley drove in 78 runs and topped hitters with significant playing time with a .330 average. Josh Geer paced the team with 16 wins and a team-best 3.21 ERA, best among qualifying pitchers.

Chad Huffman, Sean Kazmar, Luis Cruz, Cesár Ramos, Roger Deago, Dirk Hayhurst, Drew Macias, Wade LeBlanc, Shawn Wooten, Josh Geer, Matt Antonelli, Colt Morton, Mike Ekstrom, Edwin Moreno, Will Venable, Chase Headley, Frank Brooks, Arturo López and Nick Hundley were all players from the 2007 San Antonio Missions who played in the Major Leagues during their careers.
