The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs of the Atlantic League ended the 2023 season with a record of 64 wins and 62 losses, finishing third in the league's North Division.

The Blue Crabs scored 651 runs and conceded 647 runs. Isaias Quiroz and K. C. Hobson led Southern Maryland with 17 home runs apiece., and Khalil Lee walloped 15 or more, too. Braxton Lee drove in 71 runs. Alex Crosby paced all regular batters by connecting at a .323 clip. Ian Kahaloa topped the squad with 10 wins and a team-best 4.05 ERA, best among regularly-used pitchers.

Bruce Rondón, Daryl Thompson, Andre Scrubb, Isaac Mattson, A. J. Alexy, Khalil Lee and Braxton Lee were all players from the 2023 Southern Maryland Blue Crabs who played in the Majors during their careers.

Stan Cliburn served as manager.
