The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs of the Atlantic League ended the 2021 season with a record of 63 wins and 57 losses, finishing second in the league's North Division.

The Blue Crabs plated 686 runs and surrendered 663 runs. Josh McAdams paced Southern Maryland with 22 home runs, while Joe DeLuca and David Harris walloped 15 or more also. Josh McAdams drove in 90 runs. Alex Crosby led batters with significant playing time by connecting at a .318 clip. Daryl Thompson topped the team with 16 wins and a team-best 3.2 earned run average, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
