The San Jose Bees of the California League ended the 1969 season with a record of 68 wins and 72 losses, finishing fifth in the CL.

The Bees plated 556 runs and gave up 559 runs. Paul Alderete paced San Jose with 16 home runs and drove in 93 runs. Albert Holland topped hitters with significant playing time with a .283 average. Terry Cox and Pat Knutzen led the squad with 10 wins each, while Lloyd Allen recorded a 2.27 ERA, tops among regular hurlers.

Dave Sells, Terry Cox, Tom Bradley, Lloyd Allen, Greg Garrett, Greg Washburn and Dave LaRoche were all players from the 1969 San Jose Bees who played in the Majors during their careers.

Tom Morgan and Eddie Bressoud served as manager.
