The Angels plated 548 runs and gave up 489 runs. Eddie Vargas paced Quad Cities with 12 home runs Jim Aylward drove in 77 runs and topped hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .293 clip. Glenn Carter led the team with 15 wins and a team-best 2.06 ERA, leading regularly-used pitchers.

Eddie Vargas, J. R. Phillips, Mark Holzemer, Kyle Abbott, Chad Curtis, Rubén Amaro, Larry Gonzales, Kevin Flora and Jim Edmonds were all players from the 1989 Quad Cities Angels who played in the Major Leagues during their careers.
