The Quad Cities Angels of the Midwest League ended the 1985 season with a record of 66 wins and 74 losses, finishing second in the league's South Division.

The Angels scored 642 runs and surrendered 673 runs. Dante Bichette and Jeff Manto led Quad Cities with 11 home runs apiece. Dante Bichette accounted for 78 RBI. Dave Montanari paced all regular batters by connecting at a .272 clip. Mike Romanovsky topped the squad with 12 wins, while Todd Eggertsen registered a 3.62 earned run average, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Bryan Harvey, Doug Jennings, Willie Fraser, Dante Bichette, Jeff Manto, Pete Coachman, Mike Cook, Miguel García and Erik Pappas were all players from the 1985 Quad Cities Angels who played in the Major Leagues during their careers.
