The Nashville Sounds of the Pacific Coast League ended the 2007 season with a record of 89 wins and 55 losses, finishing first in the league's North Division of the American Conference.

The Sounds conceded 547 runs, the lowest total in the circuit. Nashville plated 718 runs. Laynce Nix paced the team with 24 home runs, while Mike Rivera, Joe Dillon and Brad Nelson each walloped 15 or more as well. Laynce Nix drove in 74 runs. Callix Crabbe led all regular hitters by hitting .287. R. A. Dickey topped the squad with 13 wins and a team-best 3.73 ERA, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
