The Nippon Ham Fighters of the Japan Pacific League ended the 1975 season with a record of 55 wins and 63 losses, finishing sixth in the JPPL.
The Ham Fighters plated 458 runs, worst in the circuit, and yielded 576 runs, most in the league. Yoshihito Oda paced Nippon with 16 home runs, and Isao Harimoto walloped 15 or more, too. Yoshihito Oda drove in 53 runs and topped all regular batters by connecting at a .319 clip. Naoki Takahashi led the team with 17 wins and a team-best 2.95 earned run average, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
