The Chicks topped the league with 833 runs, ignited by 155 home runs. Memphis allowed 702 runs. Bill Wilson walloped 34 home runs for the team, while Ken Landenberger and Floyd Fogg swatted 15 or more, too. Bill Wilson drove in 101 runs. Ed White topped batters with significant playing time by hitting .330. Tom Hurd led the team with 17 wins, plus Dick Strahs, too added 15 or more wins, too Dick Strahs recorded a 3.15 ERA, best among hurlers with significant time on the mound.
