The Orions scored 514 runs and surrendered 494 runs. Michiyo Arito led Lotte with 21 home runs, while Hiroyuki Yamazaki walloped 15 or more also. Michiyo Arito drove in 59 runs. Takahiro Tokutsu and Sumio Hirota paced batters with significant playing time with a .301 average.
