The Lancaster JetHawks of the California League ended the 2003 season with a record of 73 wins and 67 losses, finishing fourth in the league's South Division.

The JetHawks scored 810 runs and conceded 777 runs. Kyle Nichols walloped 31 home runs for Lancaster, while Dan Uggla and Jay Garthwaite swatted 15 or more as well. Kyle Nichols drove in 108 runs and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .312 clip. Scott Barber led the squad with 10 wins, and Jonathan Castellanos recorded a 4.65 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
