The Angels scored 721 runs and gave up 729 runs. Max West walloped 35 home runs for Los Angeles, while Gene Baker, Leon Brinkopf and Les Peden each added 15 or more as well. Max West recorded 91 runs batted in. Bob Talbot and Les Peden paced hitters with significant playing time by connecting at a .279 clip. Ed Chandler and Bill Moisan topped the team with 16 wins each, and Ed Chandler recorded a 3.51 ERA, best among qualifying pitchers.
