The Inland Empire 66ers of the California League ended the 2022 season with a record of 70 wins and 62 losses, in the league's South Division.

The 66ers scored 765 runs and conceded 757 runs. Edgar Quero paced Inland Empire with 17 home runs and drove in 75 runs, while leading all regular batters by connecting at a .312 clip. Connor Van Scoyoc topped the squad with 11 wins and a team-best 4.27 ERA, tops among regularly-used pitchers.

José Quijada, José Soriano, Max Stassi, Jack Kochanowicz, Kelvin Caceres, Archie Bradley and Michael Lorenzen were all players from the 2022 Inland Empire 66ers who played in the Majors during their careers.
