The Hagerstown Suns of the South Atlantic League ended the 1994 season with a record of 80 wins and 56 losses, finishing second in the league's North Division.

The Suns scored 675 runs and surrendered 624 runs. Lorenzo De La Cruz paced Hagerstown with 19 home runs, and Ryan Jones walloped 15 or more, too. Ryan Jones drove in 72 runs. Joe Durso topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .304. Edwin Hurtado led the squad with 11 wins and a team-best 2.95 ERA, tops among qualifying pitchers.
