2007 Hiroshima Toyo Carp Statistics

The Hiroshima Toyo Carp of the Japan Central League ended the 2007 season with a record of 60 wins and 82 losses, finishing fifth in the JPCL.

The Toyo Carp plated 557 runs and surrendered 673 runs, most in the league. Takahiro Arai paced Hiroshima with 28 home runs, while Kenta Kurihara, Eishin Soyogi and Tomonori Maeda each walloped 15 or more as well. Takahiro Arai drove in 102 runs. Kenta Kurihara topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .310 clip. Hiroki Kuroda led the squad with 12 wins, and Masayuki Hasegawa earned a 2.95 ERA, leading regular hurlers.
