The Gastonia Honey Hunters of the Atlantic League ended the 2023 season with a record of 79 wins and 47 losses, finishing second in the league's South Division.

The Honey Hunters scored 792 runs and conceded 638 runs. Zach Jarrett and Braxton Davidson led Gastonia with 25 home runs apiece., while Steven Moya, Scott Manea, David Washington, J. C. Escarra and Carlos Franco each walloped 15 or more also. Zach Jarrett drove in 90 runs and topped all regular hitters with a .299 average. Zach Mort paced the squad with 13 wins, and Gunnar Kines recorded a 3.34 ERA, best among regularly-used pitchers.
