The Gateway Grizzlies of the Frontier League ended the 2003 season with a record of 50 wins and 38 losses, finishing first in the league's West Division.
The Grizzlies scored 430 runs and surrendered 363 runs. Todd Oetting and Phil Warren led Gateway with 13 home runs apiece. Todd Oetting drove in 58 runs. Tony Coyne paced all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .313 clip. Pete Buck topped the squad with 10 wins, while Scott Patterson registered a 2.93 earned run average, best among regular hurlers.
Scott Patterson played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Gateway Grizzlies to do so.
