The Great Falls Electrics of the Pioneer League ended the 1961 season with a record of 72 wins and 58 losses, finishing second in the PL.
The Electrics topped the league with just 653 runs allowed. Great Falls scored 712 runs. Eddie Reed led the team with 20 home runs, while Dick McLaughlin walloped 15 or more also. Domingo Carrasquel recorded 89 runs batted in and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .361 average. Jimmy Ward paced the squad with 20 wins, and Wayne Scarbrough registered a 3.39 earned run average, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
Gene Brabender played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Great Falls Electrics to do so.
