The Greensboro Bats of the South Atlantic League ended the 2003 season with a record of 67 wins and 69 losses, finishing fourth in the league's Northern Division.

The Bats scored 542 runs and surrendered 563 runs. Kevin Randel and Andy Rohleder led Greensboro with 13 home runs apiece. Andy Rohleder drove in 64 runs. Jeremy Hermida paced hitters with significant playing time by hitting .284. Manuel Esquivia topped the squad with 10 wins, while Scott Olsen recorded a 2.81 ERA, best among regular hurlers.
