The Erie SeaWolves of the Eastern League ended the 2023 season with a record of 75 wins and 62 losses, finishing first in the league's Southwest Division.

The SeaWolves scored 711 runs and allowed 632 runs. Julio Rodriguez led Erie with 16 home runs Trei Cruz recorded 53 runs batted in. Jake Holton paced all regular batters by hitting .245. Keider Montero topped the squad with 10 wins, while Brant Hurter recorded a 3.28 ERA, best among regular hurlers.

Sean Guenther, Mario Feliciano, Wenceel Pérez, Donny Sands, Ángel De Jesús, Sawyer Gipson-Long, Keider Montero, Alex Faedo and Colt Keith were all players from the 2023 Erie SeaWolves who played in the Major Leagues during their careers.
