The Everett AquaSox of the Northwest League ended the 2023 season with a record of 74 wins and 58 losses, finishing second in the NORW.

The AquaSox plated 718 runs, tops in the circuit. Everett yielded 646 runs. Hogan Windish paced the team with 22 home runs, while Harry Ford and James Parker walloped 15 or more also. Hogan Windish drove in 84 runs and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by hitting .270. Reid VanScoter and Kelvin Nunez led the squad with 10 wins each, and Reid VanScoter registered a 3.27 earned run average, leading regularly-used pitchers.

Jonatan Clase, Ty Adcock, J. P. Crawford, Tyler Locklear, Dylan Moore, Troy Taylor and Casey Sadler were all players from the 2023 Everett AquaSox who played in the Majors during their careers.
