The Everett AquaSox of the Northwest League ended the 1997 season with a record of 29 wins and 47 losses, finishing third in the league's North Division.

The AquaSox plated 457 runs and allowed 480 runs. Mike Marchiano paced Everett with 15 home runs and accounted for 64 RBI. Fernando Espino topped hitters with significant playing time by hitting .336, while Gil Meche earned a 4 ERA, leading hurlers with significant time on the mound.

Jordan Zimmerman, Gil Meche, Joel Piñeiro, Leslie Brea, Jermaine Clark, Felipe Lira, Chris Mears and Allan Simpson were all players from the 1997 Everett AquaSox who played in the Majors during their careers.
