Ed Olivares led the squad with 15 home runs and drove in 74 runs, while leading all regular hitters with a .305 average. Jorge Talavera paced the team with 18 wins, and Vincent Magrino also added 15 or more victories also Vincent Magrino registered a 2.7 earned run average, best among regular hurlers.
Ed Olivares played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Daytona Beach Islanders to do so.
