The Calgary Vipers of the Northern League ended the 2007 season with a record of 50 wins and 46 losses, finishing fourth in the league's North Division.

The Vipers topped the circuit with 619 runs. Calgary surrendered 633 runs. Jason Colson paced the squad with 16 home runs and drove in 89 runs. Darryl Brinkley topped all regular hitters by hitting .399. Kazuaki Minami led the squad with 10 wins, while Evan Greusel recorded a 4.5 ERA, leading regular hurlers.

David Manning played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Calgary Vipers to do so.

Mike Busch served as manager.
