Marc Tugwell led all regular hitters with a .295 average. Nick Evangelista topped the team with 7 wins, while Scott Mathieson registered a 4.16 earned run average, tops among regular hurlers.

Cole Hamels, Juan Sosa, Vicente Padilla, Zack Segovia, Jorge Padilla, Jim Thome, Yoel Hernández, Scott Mathieson and Kyle Kendrick were all players from the 2005 Clearwater Threshers who played in the Major Leagues during their careers.
