The Columbus Redstixx of the South Atlantic League ended the 1993 season with a record of 86 wins and 56 losses, finishing second in the league's South Division.

The Redstixx scored 700 runs and allowed 552 runs. Derek Hacopian led Columbus with 24 home runs, while Jon Nunnally and Pat Bryant walloped 15 or more also. Derek Hacopian accounted for 82 RBI and topped all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .315 clip. John Carter paced the team with 17 wins, and J. J. Thobe recorded a 1.91 ERA, best among qualifying pitchers.

Mitch Meluskey, Jon Nunnally, Damian Jackson, Pep Harris, J. J. Thobe, José Cabrera and Einar Díaz were all players from the 1993 Columbus Redstixx who played in the Majors during their careers.
