The Cedar Rapids Raiders of the Illinois-Iowa-Indiana League ended the 1955 season with a record of 49 wins and 77 losses, finishing eighth in the IIIL.

The Raiders scored 640 runs and yielded 776 runs, most in the circuit. Bob Yoder topped all regular batters with a .314 average. Sylvester Zacher led Cedar Rapids with 10 wins, while Emerson Unzicker registered a 4.21 earned run average, best among regular hurlers.

John Roseboro played in Major League Baseball during his career, the only member of the Cedar Rapids Raiders to do so.
