The Chattanooga Lookouts of the Southern Association ended the 1960 season with a record of 60 wins and 93 losses, finishing eighth in the SA.

The Lookouts scored 654 runs and conceded 808 runs. Roy Hawes led Chattanooga with 15 home runs Al Grandcolas drove in 81 runs. Ernie Oravetz paced all regular batters with a .327 average. Bob Milo topped the squad with 13 wins, while Dick Bunker recorded a 3.46 ERA, tops among regular hurlers.

Eddie Phillips, Jim Heise, Ernie Oravetz, Don Erickson, Bob Conley, Bob Spicer, Dick Young, Bert Hamric, Roy Hawes, Spook Jacobs, Bill Kirk, Wayne Graham, Stan Pitula, Hal Griggs, Vern Morgan, Gair Allie and Bob Greenwood were all players from the 1960 Chattanooga Lookouts who played in the Majors during their careers.

Spook Jacobs served as manager.
