The Charleston Sea Gulls of the South Atlantic League ended the 1911 season with a record of 41 wins and 84 lossesAugusta (42-50) forfeited franchise July 26, but the league operated the club as S.A.L. Orphans. When storms destroyed the Charleston ball park, both clubs disbanded August 30.
