The Columbus Catfish of the South Atlantic League ended the 2007 season with a record of 82 wins and 53 losses, finishing second in the league's South Division.

The Catfish scored 664 runs and allowed 561 runs. Ryan Royster walloped 30 home runs for Columbus, while Quinn Stewart and Matt Fields swatted 15 or more as well. Ryan Royster drove in 98 runs and topped batters with significant playing time by hitting .329. Heath Rollins led the team with 17 wins and a team-best 2.55 ERA, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
